At Rizwan Beyg Design, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, please
be aware that we have a strict policy of no refunds, no exchanges, and no returns on
all purchases.

Before completing your purchase, we encourage you to carefully consider your
choices and ensure that the selected items meet your requirements. If you have any
questions or concerns about our products, please contact our customer service team
before making your purchase, and we will be happy to assist you.

Return and Exchange Policy:
By making a purchase with Rizwan Beyg Design, you acknowledge and agree to our
"No Refund, No Exchange, and No Return" policy.

There is no exchange policy as per customer's liking or disliking of the product since
all outfits are made to order for our esteemed customers.

An exchange will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective
or incorrect item, reported within 24 hours after receiving the product.

In the case of an exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling
costs.

Wedding Wear and Couture dresses cannot be exchanged or returned under any
circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We do not offer Return and Exchange on any of our International orders. In case of
any defective or damaged item being received by the customer, a fresh item will be
sent again after necessary investigations of the claim.

The customer should notify discrepancy within 24 hours of the online order being
delivered. Rizwan Beyg Design will not cater any exchange/return after the
above-mentioned time period.

Refund Policy:
All sales are considered final. There are no monetary returns, but can be exchanged
for products of equal or higher value, if only there is a quality issue or the goods are
damaged.
